About Coach

Veena has over two and half decades of experiences as an Executive Coach and Assessor. She has invested major tenure of her career working in Fortune 500 companies like GE, WNS, and some of the IT companies like Intelliet, UST Global as Senior HR Business Partner. Her Coaching & Assessment journey has given her the opportunity to work in various industries like Pharmaceutical, Banking  Services & Insurance , IT, Telecom,  Manufacturing  & Automobile Industries.  She is empanelled with various global organization as their Executive Coach & Certified Assessor


Veena has designed and executed in hi-potential assessment and development initiatives, succession planning and other strategic talent development projects. She has participatd in multiple development centres, which includes global participants as well.  Career Transition, Leadership Development, Diveristy & Inclusion & Women Leadership are the major pillars of her coaching journey. She has the credential of coaching over 1500 hours for people from cross functions in different countries like US, UK, Malayasia, Singapore, UAE etc. She works more on Appreciative Inquiry Model for her coaching and feedback. She approaches clients with powerful questions on different aspects of leadership, keeping in mind Innovation, Improvement, or Effectiveness.  This creates new platform for imagining possibilities for a preferred future.
